I’ve had the privilege of having more managers in the last 15 years than many have in a lifetime - many of those being Founders and CEOs. So I have seen the good, the bad, and certainly: the ugly.

I’ve hired thousands of people and I’ve had to part ways with thousands of people too, and I know the stress and uncertainty that comes from navigating this. I’ve seen people get let go when they got sick, people want to quit because their manager was a creep, people worry about their families getting deported if they lost their job. It can be so overwhelming to have to navigate this on your own! Hopefully now you won’t have to.
